Founder and head chef of Rosalynn — a chef-led culinary experience company born from an underground Los Angeles supper club, now creating private dinners, weddings, brand activations, omakase, and ticketed experiences across LA, New York, and beyond.

A former tech PM, Jasper left the startup world to pursue food as a place for creativity and connection. His cooking has been called the Asian Avant-Garde — unapologetic, punchy Asian flavors with refined French and Californian coastal technique.

He has been featured on Netflix’s Bling Empire, named House of Suntory’s 2023 Rising Chef of the Year, and invited as guest chef for Pebble Beach Food & Wine, Rosé Day, and Art Basel — with an upcoming Apple TV+ special.
